Ysabel Aquino is Area Manager of the Bridging Leadership in Samar Province and also heads the Universal Health Care Lab for the Province. She is a nurse by education and currently leads the Purple Desk program on mental health.

Leah Eraya heads the Livelihoods Lab which focuses on developing leaders for social enterprises and inclusive growth.

Jhunlie Escala heads the Provincial Youth Development Office as well as the SIRAK Academy. He focuses on youth leadership development. 

Etelbert Conde heads the Education Impact Lab for Samar with an initiative in community- and school-based youth centers called Aklatang Tambayan ng Kabataan. He focuses on teaching leadership in the education sector, as well as schools as platforms for youth leadership development. 

Micheal Cristobal heads the SPARK Samar program and focuses on leadership for internal and external convergence.

Elmer Soriano focuses on the intersection of leadership, innovation, and social impact.

Vince Magtibay has extensive experience in operations management and designing organizational systems and teaches operations leadership.

Lucille Baquero Coma specializes in monitoring and evaluation systems and teaches how public programs can be co-created across sectors and organizatinal silos.
